Looking for a fun and effective way to keep in shape and relieve stress? Whether you want to improve your flexibility or challenge yourself with something new, dance is a great way to do it. At The Emma Cain School of Dance in Nottingham, our range of dance classes will leave you spoilt for choice. 

From ballet and tap to free style and majorettes, our classes are designed to suit everyone - regardless of age and ability.

Tuesday
At Sherwood United Reformed Church, Edwards Lane, Sherwood, Nottingham, NG5 3AA.

• 5-12 years: 4.30pm – 5.30pm (£7)
• 13-18 years: 5.40pm – 7.10pm (£8)
• Adult Tap: 7.15pm – 8pm (£6)

Wednesday
At St. Peters Rooms, Church Street, Ruddington, Nottingham, NG11 6HA.

• 4-14 years: 4.15pm – 5.30pm (£8)

Thursday
At St Leonard’s Community Centre, Bramcote Lane, Wollaton, Nottingham, NG8 2ND.

• 2-4 years: 4pm  – 4.45pm (£6)
• 5-14 years:  5pm – 6pm (£7)

Saturday
St. John's Church, Mansfield Road, Carrington, Nottingham, NG5 2DP

• 2-4 years: 10.45am – 11.30am (£6)
• 5-14 years: 11.45am – 12.45pm (£7)

Highly trained, DBS checked dance teachers

If you've not danced with us before, your first dance class won't cost you a penny.
